MEET ALEXANDER+EVE
Well, not exactly. We are Ivan and Shirley, Husband and Wife. Ivan’s first name is Alexander, middle name Ivan. This is an Irish thing, parents call their child by their middle name. Thousands of children across Ireland are also confused.
We decided Alexander + Shirley just didn’t cut it, so we made up the Eve. Harsh, but we think Eve is a pretty cool name.
We are based in County Down, Northern Ireland but we roam often and are always up for an adventure.
Our approach is purely creative storytelling. We can be described as photojournalism, fine art or documentary.

Photography has changed the way we see the world and has introduced us to some really awesome people.
We love meeting our couples and getting to know them. It’s a real privilege to shoot a wedding. We are stress free photographers and work with a smile as this is not only our job but also our greatest passion.
