Ballybeg House Wedding - County Wicklow
Rachael + Chris. Every now and again we shoot a wedding too sensational to describe in words. Rachael and Chris got married in Ballybeg House set in the County Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. Rachel and her girls stayed in a mountain top lodge with log fires burning and views to stop you in your tracks.
The couple married in a ceremony room that wouldn’t look out of place in a medieval castle. It was dimly lit with exposed stonework, rustic beams and roaring fires.
After the celebrations guests wondered back to the small but enchanting house with little rooms and lots of bubbles. Rachael and Chris both work in the drinks industry, you can imagine the party vibe.
We love couples that just go for it. Rachael and Chris were laid back and carefree which made everything so easy to capture. The joy of these two was contagious.
The celebrations continued in a beautiful marquee with long tables lit by candlelight. Later that night the couple lit up Ireland with more sparklers than we have ever seen.
This wedding felt like one big party from start to end.
