How we collect information about you. We collect information in a variety of ways including, when you provide it to us e.g. by contacting us, completing online enquiry forms, emailing, or calling us directly

Legal Basis for Processing. The processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfil our contract for your wedding photography and in connection with our legal rights and obligations. We may use your information to improve our business and to analyse your use of our website.

We may collect your name, address, telephone number, contact details, payment information e.g. your credit or debit card details, names of immediate family and bridal party(pre-wedding checklist), IP address, information from cookies, information about your computer or device (e.g. device and browser type), information about how you use our website (e.g. which pages you have viewed, the time when you view them and what you clicked on, the geographical location from which you accessed our website (based on your IP address).
How we use your information: We use your data for the purpose in which it has been obtained for administrative and business purposes to fulfil our contractual obligations, to contact you and process orders you place on our website, to improve our business and website to analyse your use of our website, and in connection with our legal rights and obligations.)
